1. Discount card is issued by the responsible person (director of the shop or by duly authorized person). The questionnaire should be filled in by a holder of the discount card of a standard form.
Discount cards are issued in the following cases:
· single purchase in any shop of the Corporation “Alex Auto” by a natural person paying in cash for the sum not less than 1000 rubles (the discount does not apply to the first purchase)
· accumulation of purchases in any shop of the Corporation “Alex Auto” by a natural person paying in cash for the sum not less than 1000 rubles on condition of confirming the purchases by cash-memos and sales check.
2. Discounts granted to a customer are presented in the following table:
The limit of the purchase amount 1000 rub. 5000rub. 10 000 rub. 15 000 rub.
Granted discount 3% 5% 7% 10%
Discounts become valid since the time of the next purchase in case of reaching necessary limit of the sum. If the customer exceeds some limits while purchasing, he receives a momentary discount according to the previous limit.
Example 1: New customer; previous discount = 0%; purchase for the sum of 5000 rub. -> Momentary discount = 3 %; Discount for the next purchase – 5%
Example 2: “Favorite customer”; Previous discount = 3%; purchase for the sum of 10000 rub. -> Momentary discount = 5%; Discount for the next purchase 10%; 1. The card activates in a day after introducing the number of the card into the system and filling in the questionnaire by the buyer according to the example in Appendix 1.
2. Discount card is the property of the Corporation “Alex Auto” and it can not be restored if lost. [1]
3. Discount card of the Corporation “Alex Auto” can be used only while purchasing spare parts, numbered assemblies and units for motor transport and specialized machinery and tying products in the shops, specified in the confirmed list of the shops.
4. Period of validity of discount cards, regulations for usage of a discount card are determined by the Corporation “Alex Auto” and are prolonged to the Company’s discretion. The period of validity of a discount card of “Respected Buyer” is three years from the time of its acquiring.
5. When different documents are produced, each of which is a ground for receiving the discount, the maximum percent is chosen, i.e. the discounts are not summed up, and the system “discount on discount” is not applied. [2]
6. Discounts under the discount card are not granted during sales and for the goods the price-lists of which contain information: The price includes all discounts”, incase if there is no a price-list, such information should be in the price-current.
7. The ground for receiving the discount is producing your discount card.
8. If you hold our discount card you can:
· participate in lotteries and get prizes and presents among the holders;
· get timely information about all new goods and sales in the shops – participants of discount system.
· get a discount for services in the service center “Meyle” in the amount of 5%
9. The Corporation “Alex Auto” has the right to use the information contained in questionnaires without special permission of a discount card holder and without any bonuses for them. The Corporation “Alex Auto” undertakes not to transfer information in questionnaires to the third parties. The discount card can not be the ground for any compensations if a customer refuses to use it.
10. If some features of the discount card are changed, the information concerning this fact will be placed in the shops, participants of the discount system, and the holders of the discount cards will be informed additionally. The employees of the Corporation “Alex Auto”, affiliated companies and members of their families can not use the discount cards of the Corporation “Alex Auto”. They are provided with individual cards.
[1] The inquiry for restoration of the discount card can be made in writing to the Company office. The expenses for making a new card should be paid by a customer in full. The customer is warned about approximate expenses for restoration.
[2] If in the shop which is a participant of the discount system, any other discount is provided, the buyer is granted a maximum of them.
